The Technology Incubator Division and the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Unit at the College of Information Engineering, in cooperation with the Rehabilitation, Employment, and Follow-up Division at the Presidency of Al-Nahrain University, organized a scientific visit to the International Universities and Careers Exhibition, held under the slogan “Connecting Education with the Job Market”.

The visit aimed to enhance students’ awareness of the importance of linking academic paths with labor market requirements and to acquaint them with the educational and training opportunities available both inside and outside Iraq. It also sought to introduce them to the latest professional programs offered by educational institutions and companies participating in the exhibition.

The college emphasized that its participation in such events aligns with its strategic plan to prepare students with the skills and knowledge necessary to effectively integrate into the job market. This is achieved by strengthening communication with academic and professional institutions and providing applied learning environments that contribute to developing students’ practical and scientific abilities.

For their part, the participating students expressed that they greatly benefited from the visit, praising the wealth of information and experiences the exhibition provided, which helped broaden their academic and professional horizons and supported their aspirations to build a promising career in their field of specialization.
