Prof. Dr. Emad H. Al-Hemiary as the seventh Dean of College of information from Aug 2018 through Nov 2019

Prof. Dr. Mahmood served as the Sixth Dean of College of information from May 2018 through Aug. 2018.

Prof. Dr. Mohammed Zeki AL-FAIZ served as the Fifth Dean of College of information from 2013 through 2018.

Prof. Dr. Sufyan T. Faraj Al-Janabi served as the Third Dean of College of information from 2004 through 2006. Prof. Dr. Sufyan was born in Haditha, Iraq (1971). He obtained his B.Sc. (1992), M.Sc. (1995), and Ph.D. (1999) in Electronic and Communications Engineering from the College of Engineering, Nahrain University in Baghdad.

Prof. Fawzi AL-Naima served as the second Dean of College of information from 2003 through 2004. Professor Fawzi M. Al-Naima received both degrees of B.Sc. (First Class Honors), and Ph.D in Electrical Engineering from Newcastle University, UK in 1971 and 1976 respectively.

Prof. Dr. Mazin A. Kadhim served as the 1st Dean of the College of Information Engineering (2002 through 2003).
