Graduation Project: Implementation of Wireless Sensor Network for Football Players

This project introduces a smart monitoring system that uses ZigBee technology to track football players’ vital signs and movements in real time. By providing instant data to coaches, it helps improve decision-making during matches—enhancing both player safety and performance.

Key features of the system include:

  • Real-time data transmission

  • Low power consumption

  • Less than 3 seconds delay

The system was simulated using Python with tools like NetworkX, Matplotlib, and SciPy. This innovation aims to transform how athletic performance is monitored on the field.

This project is the work of the student Mousa Abbas from the Department of Computer Networks Engineering, supervised by Asst. Lect. Hasan F. Radeef.
