Assistant Professor Dr. Ammar Dawood Jasim, Head of the Computer Networks Engineering Department at the College of Information Engineering, has published a specialized scientific paper in the Mesopotamian Journal of Cybersecurity, which is ranked in the first quartile (Q1) in the Scopus database. This comes as part of his ongoing scientific efforts in the fields of information security and decentralized systems.

The paper is titled:
“A Multi-Factor Quantum-Resistant and Privacy-Preserving Authentication Protocol for Decentralized Systems.”

The research presents an advanced authentication protocol based on quantum-resistant cryptography while preserving user privacy. It integrates modern lattice-based cryptographic techniques with multi-factor authentication mechanisms, thereby enhancing the security of decentralized systems and meeting the evolving requirements of cyberspace security.
