This project is the work of the student Zain Al-Abdeen Falah Hassan, from the department of Computer Networks Engineering, supervised by Dr. Sarmad Mahmood.

The project aims to fully digitize and streamline academic promotion processes in universities. The system provides a scalable, secure platform where faculty can submit promotion requests, upload required documents, and track the progress in real time. It uses PostgreSQL in a distributed setup for high availability, React.js for the frontend, Node.js + Express for the backend, and JWT for secure access control.

This system represents a strong step toward digital transformation in higher education institutions, with the potential to expand into research evaluation and ministry-level integration.
