Web Developer

I have used programming software to develop the academic community through the production of various programs aimed at serving students and teaching. The Society page provides a list of the programs and systems that have been produced and supervised so far.

Linux Server Administrator

I love Linux OS. It is free, open source, and maintained by volunteer developers from around the world. Most of worldwide servers run Linux as well as large number of smart devices, why don’t we?

Windows Server Administrator

I use Windows based servers whenever the project needs. It is not my first choice but could be mandaory sometimes!.

eLearning

I encourage blended learning (combined traditional and electronic learning). Being in front of your students is irreplaceable, while using the available technology is inevitable. I have used Moodle for course management since 2010, created a university-wide server, and educate academic staff on using it.

Computer Networks Services

I have implemented many computer network services for production and educational purposes such as proxy cache, domain name system, web, email, private and public cloud, and database services.

Computer Network Administrator

I have worked on supervising and configuring networks of Cisco routers and switches since 2003. I encourage my students develop their skills in programing and configuring devices using any available unused devices or through simulation and emulation software.

Emad Al-Hemiary was born in Iraq – Baghdad 1971. He obtained his B.Sc. (1993), M.Sc. (1996), and Ph.D. (2001) in Electronic and Communications Engineering from the College of Engineering, Al-Nahrain University in Baghdad.
